Pullen's big night gives Gloucester its first win

Gloucester’s frustrating season bothered head coach Brandon Kelley for a number of reasons. High on the list was senior Devon Pullen, who consistently produced despite playing on two sprained ankles and with a broken finger. Pullen and the Dukes got their reward Thursday night with a 28-20 win over Menchville at Todd Stadium. Pullen rushed for 278 yards, the highest total in the Peninsula District this season, and all four of the Dukes’ touchdowns. He ended his season with 920 yards and seven touchdowns on 198 carries.
