WATERTOWN — A Waterbury man was charged with inappropriately touching a woman's chest in her home earlier this month, police said Friday. John Rick, 50, of Johnson Street, was charged with fourth-degree sexual assault and disorderly conduct. He was released after posting $2,500 bond. The victim, who was an acquaintance of Rick's, said the man entered her home uninvited and grabbed her chest, police said. The victim added that Rick was acting in a lewd manner and touching himself. He left the home shortly after, police said. He is scheduled to appear in court on Aug. 11.
