ABC's 'Modern Family' house in L.A. sells for $2.15 million

There’s a new “Modern Family” in Cheviot Hills, sort of. The Los Angeles home used as the fictional family residence of Phil and Claire Dunphy on ABC’s “Modern Family” has sold for $2.15 million. The two-story traditional, built in 2006, sits among mature trees in the Westside neighborhood with a green lawn and a white picket fence found off the the side.
