Avec Nous, the restaurant replacing Livello restaurant and lounge at Viceroy L'Ermitage Beverly Hills hotel, is scheduled to open early next year as a contemporary French bistro.
Livello opened at the hotel in 2011, shortly after the Viceroy Hotel Group took over as the hotel's operator in 2010.
Olivier Quignon, who most recently worked at Bar Boulud in New York City, has signed on as executive chef. His menu, inspired by the French Riviera, will feature a selection of housemade charcuterie.
