Maurice Jones-Drew of the Oakland Raiders has completed the handoff of his lakefront home in Jacksonville, Fla., selling the golf course property for $745,000. The veteran tailback, who spent his first eight seasons in the NFL with the Jaguars, put the home on the market in June after signing a three-year, $7.5-million contract with the Raiders in the offseason. He had asked as much as $890,000 for the property.
