Andrew Cogliano's short-handed goal gave the Ducks a late cushion in a 3-1 victory over the Florida Panthers on Thursday night.
Cam Fowler scored the first goal for the Ducks, Jakob Silfverberg added his first goal of the season into an empty net and Frederik Andersen stopped 23 shots.
"We're trending in the right direction," Fowler said. "We came here, played a solid 60 minutes and got a good win against a good team."
Aleksander Barkov scored for the Panthers and Roberto Luongo stopped 38 shots.
