I just returned with our local art group from Tulsa, where we had a terrific walking tour to view the city’s Art Deco past. Kelly Gibson, owner of Tours of Tulsa, knows so much history and has so much energy; she spent an hour with us, explaining all the “good and bad” guys of Tulsa. It was so entertaining and informative. We also explored the underground tunnels downtown — never knew they were there. Also the restored Mayo Hotel in Tulsa was great, right in the heart of the city.
