National park tips: Don't miss that other Grand Canyon. The one in Yellowstone.

Tickets remain for Vegas Uncork'd, but only a handful

You can still see Emeril Lagasse, Mary Sue Milliken, Susan Feniger and more

The biggest food festival in Las Vegas is ready to take over the Strip April 23-26, and now just a handful of events still have tickets remaining for Vegas Uncork'd. But food fans can still land events such as a dinner with the chefs of Aria, a wine tasting at the Bellagio, a tequila dinner at Border Grill, a seafood dinner with Emeril Lagasse and the biggest event, the Grand Tasting at the Garden of the Gods at Caesars Palace.

The event also has a charity component this year. Fans can bid on two limited-edition chef coats, and the proceeds benefit Three Square Food Bank, Southern Nevada’s largest nonprofit hunger-relief organization. Each chef coat features signatures from every chef, master sommelier and mixologist from Aria, the Bellagio, Caesars Palace and the MGM Grand who is participating. Bidding is online through noon PDT on Tuesday, April 28.

Here’s a look at some of the events with tickets still available.

The Chef’s Counter: All-Star Feast on Thursday, April 23, features Jean-Georges Vongerichten, Julian Serrano, Michael Mina, Shawn McClain, Masa Takayama and more at The Buffet at Aria, who will put their gourmet spin on self-service style dining. Tickets are $199 in advance.

Bellagio’s Jasmine hosts California Chardonnay and Pinot Noir: A Tasting of Balance on Saturday, April 25. Vintners such as Rajat Parr of Domaine de la Cote and Jasmine Hirsch of Hirsch Vineyards talk about pairing wines, wine making and more during this tasting of eight wines. Tickets are $110 in advance.

Mary Sue Milliken and Susan Feniger of Border Grill fame pair up tequila and tacos during their Master Series Dinner on Thursday, April 23. Tickets are $185 in advance for this event at the duo’s newest restaurant at the Forum Shops at Caesars.

Vegas Uncork’d’s Grand Tasting brings out more than 75 restaurants and dozens of wines and spirits during the event on Friday, April 24, at the Garden of the Gods at Caesars Palace. Tickets are $225 and $300 for early entry.

Emeril Lagasse, who joins Vegas Uncork’d for the first time, still has tickets for his Master Series Dinner at Emeril's New Orleans Fish House at the MGM Grand on Thursday, April 23. Lagasse plans to serve up his fish and shellfish dishes in a multi-course dinner. Tickets are $250 in advance.
