The biggest food festival in Las Vegas is ready to take over the Strip April 23-26, and now just a handful of events still have tickets remaining for Vegas Uncork’d. But food fans can still land events such as a dinner with the chefs of Aria, a wine tasting at the Bellagio, a tequila dinner at Border Grill, a seafood dinner with Emeril Lagasse and the biggest event, the Grand Tasting at the Garden of the Gods at Caesars Palace.

The event also has a charity component this year. Fans can bid on two limited-edition chef coats, and the proceeds benefit Three Square Food Bank, Southern Nevada’s largest nonprofit hunger-relief organization. Each chef coat features signatures from every chef, master sommelier and mixologist from Aria, the Bellagio, Caesars Palace and the MGM Grand who is participating. Bidding is online through noon PDT on Tuesday, April 28.

Here’s a look at some of the events with tickets still available.

The Chef’s Counter: All-Star Feast on Thursday, April 23, features Jean-Georges Vongerichten, Julian Serrano, Michael Mina, Shawn McClain, Masa Takayama and more at The Buffet at Aria, who will put their gourmet spin on self-service style dining. Tickets are $199 in advance.
Bellagio’s Jasmine hosts California Chardonnay and Pinot Noir: A Tasting of Balance on Saturday, April 25. Vintners such as Rajat Parr of Domaine de la Cote and Jasmine Hirsch of Hirsch Vineyards talk about pairing wines, wine making and more during this tasting of eight wines. Tickets are $110 in advance.
