Evacuation calls

More than 194,000 households have been advised to evacuate their homes within San Diego County via automated phone calls, said Holly Crawford, a spokeswoman for the San Diego County Office of Emergency Services. She said that did not include calls within the city of San Diego, which has its own warning system.
