Garcia bought the home in 2006 for $2,775,000, when Ed Kaminsky of Shorewood Realtors, Manhattan Beach, had the listing.
The listing agent this time was Jenna Christensen of Keller Williams Realty, South Bay.

In the 90266 ZIP Code, 48 single-family homes sold in the first quarter at a median price of $1,338,000, according to MDA DataQuick. That was a 15% price drop from the first quarter of 2008.
