Baseball: Hicks is wild and Norco has hope

Aaron Hicks has come in to pitch the seventh inning for Long Beach Wilson, and he threw six consecutive balls. He has walked the first two batters, and Norco is getting fired up even though it’s down, 5-1, in the bottom of the seventh of the Southern Section-Toyota Division I semifinal at UC Riverside.
Matt Hobgood is one batter away from coming to the plate as the potential tying run.
