Remember how the coaches at the City Section seeding meeting decided to leave out Chatsworth from the junior varsity tournament? Well, the Chancellors got the last laugh, winning the City title Thursday, defeating Banning, 3-1, under Coach Stuart Sellz.

The City Section did the right thing in ordering the Chancellors to be put into the tournament after the dreadful oversight. It wasn’t easy for Chatsworth. The Chancellors had to play three games last week, got seeded No. 16 and proceeded to eliminate the No. 1 seed.
