There’s big news from the Ocean League. James Grace, an outstanding safety from Inglewood, has won his CIF appeal and gained immediate eligibility, according to Southern Section Commissioner Jim Staunton.

Grace was declared ineligible in August. He sought a hardship waiver and was granted a fifth year of eligibility. He was one of the most impressive defensive backs during summer passing competitions and should provide a great lift for Inglewood.
