Football: Norco’s Kelsey Young is on a tear

The best running back in Southern California right now is Kelsey Young from Norco. After rushing for 297 yards against Los Angeles Crenshaw, he came back with 288 yards and six touchdowns against Etiwanda.

Young, who has committed to Stanford, has scored nine touchdowns in two games for Norco (2-0).

‘You make a mistake off the running back and it’s a touchdown,’ said Upland Coach Tim Salter, whose team faces Norco on Friday night.
