The bodies of a man and woman were found aboard a commercial fishing boat moored in Santa Barbara Harbor. Police said the woman, in her 20s, and man, in his 30s, bore no signs of violence, but the deaths were being investigated as possible homicides, pending a report from the coroner on the cause of death. The bodies were discovered by a friend of the deceased, police said. Santa Barbara Harbor Master Steve Lewis, who called police, said the boat worked regularly out of Santa Barbara and Avalon. Names of the deceased were withheld pending notification of their families.
