Reagan Nominates Envoys to Switzerland, Ecuador

WASHINGTON —
President Reagan on Monday nominated Faith Whittlesey, a White House public affairs aide, to serve as U.S. ambassador to Switzerland for a second time, and Fernando Rondon, currently U.S. ambassador to Madagascar, to serve as U.S. ambassador to Ecuador.
