‘Dare to Be Great’ Promoter Arrested

Glenn W. Turner, creator of the “Dare to Be Great” motivational plan, surrendered to Arizona authorities today to face 126 counts of fraud and other charges after waiving extradition from North Carolina.

Turner, 50, and two other men were accused in an indictment of operating a pyramid scheme that defrauded people through a sales recruitment campaign for a motivational program run by their Challenge Inc.
