Office Building in Santa Monica to Have Shops

August completion is scheduled for the $1-million, 4,800-square-foot Montana Bay Building at 914 Montana Ave., Santa Monica.

Designed by Santa Monica architect H. B. Leydenfrost, the two-story building is being developed and built by general contractor Fred Harvey, Santa Monica. Harvey is in charge of leasing; construction financing is by Santa Monica Bank.

The Mediterranean-style building will have shops on the ground floor and offices on the second floor.
