Gateway Tower on Wilshire Topped Out
The $30-million, 14-story Gateway Los Angeles office building at the southeast corner of Wilshire Boulevard and Centinela Avenue in West Los Angeles has been topped out. A December completion is expected for the 142,000-square-foot structure.
Gateway Los Angeles is a development of John J. McCulloch and Thomas Maudlin and is owned by Wilshire/Centinela Ltd. with McCulloch as general partner.
Designed by McCune Gerwin & Partners and EDC Inc., Los Angeles, the building has received a first prize for excellence in design by the Southern California chapter, the Society of American Registered Architects. Morley Construction, Los Angeles, is the general contractor and Cushman & Wakefield the leasing agent.
