A five-story, 22,500-square-foot office building at 3960 Wilshire Blvd. has been sold for $3,107,000 to Souren Shavarsh Vanian, who was represented in the sale by George Romay. Koss Financial Corp. and George Elkins Co. represented the seller, 3960 Ltd., a California limited partnership.
