The decision by Judge McBeth in the Avol case is one to be noted by all those who stand before a court and make judgments. This lady has made a milestone for court cases.
Avol will now understand what living is all about. From Beverly Hills to a slum of his own making. Make your bed and sleep in it.
One more thing--if we can send letters to the boys in Sacramento, and tell them it is now the time to make a law whereby the state has the power to take the property from the slumlords, collect the rents and make the improvements that are vital to the health and safety to the tenants. Then return said property.
