Donne P. Moen has been named senior executive vice president of Los Angeles-based Union Bank’s newly restructured banking group, which comprises middle-market, corporate and individual banking, real estate and asset-based financing. He has been an executive vice president since 1974, most recently with responsibility for the regional banking division.
