Barrier Proposal Delayed: A request by residents of Greenleaf Street that the City Council approve construction of a wall between their homes and 17th Street businesses to the south has been delayed for 60 days. Resident Bill McKay said he hopes a solution can be worked out during that time. The residents have complained about noise, traffic congestion and littering generated by the businesses.
