Clough Elected President of Wyle Labs

Charles M. Clough was elected president and chief operating officer of El Segundo-based Wyle Laboratories, succeeding Stanley A. Wainer as president. Wainer remains chairman and chief executive. Clough previously was corporate executive vice president and headed Wyle Laboratories’ largest operation, the electronics marketing group.

Ralph L. Ozorkiewicz, who joined the group last April, will succeed him as president. Wainer also announced the formation of an office of the chairman, composed of himself, Clough and Theodore M. Freedman, executive vice president and chief financial officer.
