Company Gets Lease Results

After two years of conventional marketing of Develcore Center at 16030 Ventura Blvd., the project was only 15% leased, until Metrospace Corp. was called in to “reposition the building.”

Four of the company’s consultants realigned the terms and conditions of the leases and also suggested a rearrangement of space to accommodate the smaller user.

As a direct result of these changes and personal contacts with potential tenants fitting a certain demographic profile, the building is now 85% leased, the leasing office reported.
