Two suspects have been arrested in Texas in connection with the Oct. 3 gangland-style shooting in a Koreatown restaurant that killed one man and wounded two others. Arrested by El Paso police were Chang Bok An and Pyung Tae Kang, 25, Los Angeles police said. Two other suspects also are being sought, police said. In the Koreatown shooting, three men calmly walked into the Tong Kyung Ahm Restaurant on 3077 W. 8th St. and opened fire on patrons sitting in a booth. The attack killed Keun Soo Lim, 28, and wounded K.C. Paik, 51, and Sung Yi, 36. Police said that the shootings apparently were motivated by a dispute over a Koreatown dance club, the Club Napolean, that was owned by Yi.
