Capital Attorney in Line for Justice Dept. Position

WASHINGTON —
President Reagan will nominate John R. Bolton to be an assistant attorney general in the office of legislative and intergovernmental affairs, the White House announced Tuesday. Bolton is a partner in the Washington law firm of Covington & Burling.
