Iraqi prisoners of war freed by Iran earlier this month charged that dozens of Iraqis have been killed in Iranian POW camps in recent years. The allegations came from 21 POWs, all crippled or disabled, who were flown home via Turkey. Both sides in the five-year Iran-Iraq War have made accusations of maltreatment and killings of POWs.
