LOS ANGELES COUNTY - News from Aug. 25, 1986

Federated Group Inc., City of Commerce, said its senior vice president-marketing, Gary R. Tobey, resigned to join the advertising agency that handles Federated’s media buys.

His duties will be assumed by Federated President Keith Powell.

Tobey will be senior vice president and member of the office of the president of Focus Media Inc. and its TV-syndication affiliate, Access Entertainment Inc.
