The manager of a newly opened pizza parlor was arrested in the shooting death of an 18-year-old employee, Westminster police said. The victim, Brian Eugene Chandler, 18, of Placentia was found inside the L.A. Pizza Co. restaurant at 13519 Beach Blvd. with a gunshot wound in his head from a .22-caliber revolver, Sgt. Philip Martinez said. The manager, Daryoosh Rabiee, 26, of Hawthorne was arrested at the restaurant and later booked on suspicion of murder. He was being held without bail at the Orange County Jail. Martinez said detectives have not yet determined a motive for the slaying.
