Quarterback Blair Kiel has agreed to terms with the Indianapolis Colts. He will fill a roster opening created when starting quarterback Gary Hogeboom suffered a shoulder separation in last Sunday’s 30-10 loss to the Miami Dolphins. The Colts play the Rams Sunday.
