Peat Marwick reported that William D. Schulte has been promoted to vice chairman of the firm’s Western region, succeeding William A. Hasler of San Francisco, who is moving to New York as vice chairman in charge of the firm’s management consulting services. Schulte will be succeeded as managing partner of the Los Angeles office by Maurice J. DeWald.
