Newport Center Vote
The Irvine Co. is a valuable asset of Orange County residents. We are fortunate to have a single landowner and developer to deal with, instead of many who simply “build and run.” Newport Beach has grown and prospered as a result of responsible planning generated and paid for by the Irvine Co.
A small core of dissidents would like things to remain as is. That is impossible. Stopping the freeway did not solve our traffic problems. Newport will and must grow; the alternative is not acceptable. I would hope our children may live and work here. I fervently hope apathy will not stunt our growth. Please vote yes on Measure A. The best is yet to be.
