Tons of Navy Bombs Spill on Highway After Crash

BELLEFONTE, Pa. —
Military bomb experts lifted tons of Navy cluster bombs Tuesday from alongside an interstate highway, where they had spilled from a tractor-trailer that collided with a parked truck. Authorities said the devices were unarmed and there were no explosions.
