TS Industries Income Down 20% for 12 Months

TS Industries Inc. said its net income during the 12 months ended Sept. 30 fell 20% to $814,000 from $1 million. The fiscal 1986 net earnings include $250,000 in tax loss carry-forwards. Revenues for the year increased 47% to $33.6 million from $22.8 million a year earlier. The Huntington Beach-based maker of insulation products did not release fiscal fourth-quarter results.
