Bob D. Hively has been elected president of Inglewood-based Custom Duplication Inc., a magnetic tape duplicator, and Richard D. Hively was named vice president-marketing and sales. Leonard Gross continues as chairman and chief executive. Bob Hively also will assume the post of chief operating officer.
