Puzzled
Eugene Hasenfus and now Sam Hall have both been returned to the United States. This action on the part of a hostile government puzzles me. Either the Nicaraguans are chumps not to have held out for arms in exchange for hostages, or the Reagan Administration has done a better job of cover-up this time.
