Professionals Given Tribute

Three well-known Southland real estate professionals have been honored for their contributions to quality development by the Southern California Commercial Property Owners Assn.

Architect Herbert Nadel of the Nadel Partnership in Santa Monica was honored for what the trade group called his “strong reputation of providing creative, cost-efficient designs for office buildings and other commercial projects.”

Developer Brandon R. Birtcher of Laguna Niguel-based Birtcher was cited for his expansion plan that has made his company the 10th-largest commercial builder in the nation.

William G. Keller of El Monte-based Keller Construction Co. was honored for leading a company that has become “one of the largest and most respected general contracting firms in Southern California,” according to the association.
