Wendy Brown Sets Triple Jump Record

USC junior Wendy Brown soared 43 feet 3 inches to set a Cromwell Field record in the triple jump during the USC Twilight women’s college track meet Friday night. Brown also won the high jump at 5-10 and the long jump at 20-11 3/4.

Gervaise McCraw of USC won the 400 meters with a time of 53.32 seconds; Myra Mayberry of USC took the 100 in 11.70, and USC shotputter Diana Clements won her specialty with a toss of 54-6.
