Petersen plays a scientist who goes to another planet and interferes with the growth of their civilization in the futuristic drama "Hard to Be a God," now shooting in the Soviet Union. . . . Stan Shaw plays a Southern sharecropper who moves his family to the Midwest and tries to keep the family unit together from the 1920s to modern times in the ABC miniseries "Booker." The 10-hour saga created by "Roots" author Alex Haley shoots in Chicago in November. . . . Paul Sand joins "Teen Wolf Too," now shooting in Claremont, as a "Zen boxing coach." . . . Eric Douglas, son of Kirk, will play the obnoxious son of ill-fated comedian Donald O'Connor in a "Highway to Heaven" episode, now being shot here for fall airing.
