Polyps Removed From Reagan
From Reuters
WASHINGTON —
President Reagan’s doctors today removed two “benign-appearing” polyps from his colon and said he was in excellent health after a semi-annual cancer checkup. The polyps will be examined over the weekend and results will be announced Monday.
Reagan made an “A-OK” gesture with his thumb and forefinger and his wife, Nancy, gave a thumbs-up sign as they left for Camp David, Md., following his examination in the White House physician’s office.
