Disabled Man Found Slain in Car Trunk
San Diego homicide detectives are investigating the kidnaping and murder of a disabled Normal Heights man whose body was found in the trunk of a car early Saturday morning in Scripps Ranch, authorities said.
About 7:20 a.m. Saturday, residents in the 11600 block of Negley Drive in Scripps Ranch told San Diego police that an unfamiliar white Cadillac was parked on the street, with what appeared to be blood dripping out of the trunk, Sgt. Steve Hinton said.
When officers opened the trunk, they found the body of Albert Charles Radley, 42, with his hands cuffed behind his back and stabbed several times, according to Hinton.
Police said that Radley, the registered owner of the car, lived in the 4800 block of West Mountain View Drive and that his house had been ransacked.
