I was deeply moved by your recent editorial “Sobering Recommendation,” where it calls upon the Orange County Board of Supervisors to take action rather than give the public just another task force.
Our community will deteriorate if nothing further is done to help members of society who are suffering from alcoholism, which is an illness that, if not treated, is fatal.
Let’s take Orange County out of the Dark Ages and provide complete alcohol recovery programs.
