Red Hill Center in Irvine Sold to Encino Partners

Carver Development Co. has sold the 114,000-square-foot Red Hill Technology Center in the Irvine Business Complex for $10.5 million to an Encino-based partnership.

The buyer, known as No. 3 K & M Partnership, will rename the project Red Hill Center and will improve its landscaping and architectural treatments. The Newport Beach office of commercial brokerage Daum/Johnstown American represented both sides in the transaction.
