Associated Press
CANTERBURY, Conn. —
Two sisters, ages 6 and 3, were found dead and a third sister was hospitalized after their parents let them spend the night in the family car, police said.
Crystal Edmond, 8, walked into the family’s home early Monday, complaining to her parents about difficulty walking, state police said.
Leonard Edmond and his wife, Carleen, had arrived home late Sunday night and left their sleeping daughters in the car, police said. The cause of the girls’ deaths was not known, authorities said.
