Milwaukee Bucks Defeat Tracer Milan, 123-111
Paul Pressey scored 21 points, and Charles Davis added 19 Friday night as the Milwaukee Bucks beat Tracer Milan of Italy, 123-111, in the first game of the McDonald’s Basketball Open.
The other team in the round-robin tournament, the Soviet National team, will play Tracer today, and the Bucks and the Soviets will meet in the tournament finale Sunday. It is the first time an NBA club has participated in international competition.
Tracer was led by three-time NBA scoring leader Bob McAdoo, who had 37 points, and former NBA forward Rickey Brown with 26.
