Mexico, France Sign Pact

MEXICO CITY —
Mexico and France have signed an agreement on scientific and technical cooperation in agricultural activities, officials said Sunday. The agreement, the result of a conference in Mexico City of French and Mexican agricultural researchers, will last two years and will seek to establish permanent programs of cooperation on agricultural technology between the two countries.
