Expansion Begun at San Diego Office Park

Share

Construction has begun on two new office buildings that will nearly quadruple the amount of space available to corporate tenants at Pardee Center in San Diego. One building will have two stories and 20,000 square feet of office and retail-banking space, and the second will have three stories and provide 40,000 square feet of office space.

Completion of the $6.7-million expansion job is set for next July. Los Angeles-based Pardee Construction Co. is developing the two buildings, and San Diego-based M.W. Steele Group Inc. is the architect.
