Suspicious Fire Kills 2, Injures 8 in N.H.

MANCHESTER, N.H. —
A suspicious fire killed two people, left another missing and injured at least eight others, including several rescuers and a woman who jumped from an upper-story window as flames destroyed a partly vacant three-story apartment building.
Preliminary indications showed the fire apparently started in more than one location on the second floor of the building, said Brent Lemire, Manchester Fire Department business services operator. The blaze was under investigation.
