San Diego Escrow Closings in 1987 Take 6% Drop
A total of 56,023 escrows closed on new and existing houses in San Diego County last year, a decline of 6% from the 1986 total of 59,372, according to Chicago Title Co.
There were 38,565 escrows closed on existing houses last year, a decline of 7% from the 41,714 closed in 1986. The 17,458 closed escrows on new houses last year represented a decline of 1% from the 17,658 in 1986.
